So I pulled apart that framed Goliath / Elisa cel eBay to see what was what.  Sadly... after however long they've spent sandwiched together, the cel layers are stuck to each other and to the background sheet.  So there's nothing I can safely do but put the whole thing into a new frame with new glass and a new backing.  I won't make that same mistake with my other pieces that have yet to ever be put in frames.
